Psychedelic Integration
Find refuge from the madness
What is psychedelic integration?
Psychedelic experiences can be meaningful, emotionally powerful, confusing, or even overwhelming. Whether you've had a profound experience, a difficult one, or aren't quite sure what to make of it, taking time to process what happened can be an important part of moving forward.
Psychedelic integration is a therapeutic process that helps you make sense of these experiences and consider how they relate to your life. This may involve exploring emotions, memories, or insights that emerged, as well as how they connect to your relationships, personal history, and current challenges. Integration can be helpful following experiences in clinical trials, retreats, ceremonial settings, or personal use, particularly when questions or feelings remain unresolved.
My approach draws on my background in psychotherapy and specialized training in psychedelic harm reduction and integration. I offer a nonjudgmental space to explore your experiences without imposing a particular interpretation or assuming what they should mean. There is no expectation that a psychedelic experience must be transformative or carry a particular meaning. Together, we'll explore what emerged, including any uncertainty or conflicting feelings, and consider its significance in the context of your life.
The goal isn't simply to understand the experience itself, but to explore how that understanding might contribute to greater self-awareness and meaningful change in everyday life.
Please note: I do not prescribe, provide, or administer psychedelic substances. My work is limited to psychotherapy supporting preparation for legal psychedelic experiences and integration afterward.
