Clinical Supervision & Consultation
I provide clinical supervision to Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) seeking guidance and support as they develop their clinical practice. My approach emphasizes helping emerging clinicians cultivate their own therapeutic style, trust their clinical intuition, and develop confidence in their judgment.
I view supervision as a collaborative space for curiosity, reflection, and honest exploration of the challenges that arise in clinical work. This may include navigating difficult countertransference reactions, working through self-doubt, managing the emotional demands of the profession, and exploring the complexities of the therapeutic relationship. I'm particularly interested in helping clinicians develop the capacity to think independently and engage thoughtfully with uncertainty, rather than feeling pressured to have all the answers.
I also offer supervision to psychotherapists and other mental health professionals interested in deepening their understanding of psychoanalytic theory and technique or incorporating a more psychodynamic approach into their work.
If you're interested in supervision, I welcome you to reach out to schedule an initial consultation to discuss your needs and see whether we might be a good fit.
