Why therapy?
There are times when we all need a little extra support. Maybe you've been experiencing anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem. Perhaps there has been a major loss or change that has made ordinary life feel confusing, disorienting or unmanageable. There may be things that have happened to you in your past that cause you to feel guilt, shame, remorse, or emotional pain.
For the past five years I have been working with individuals facing a myriad of struggles, including addictions, relationship challenges, health complications, social anxiety, family hardships and grief. I specialize in using a psychodynamic and relational approach to help you find effective ways of coping with whatever life has thrown your way. I currently work in Brooklyn and Manhattan, and provide individual psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents.
